• Customers may request a one-time exchange for eligible products within 7 days from the date of purchase, as stated on the original receipt.
• Exchanges are applicable only for non-promotional items and must be done at the same store where the purchase was made.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange:
• The product must be in its original condition, unused, and free from any damage or alterations.
• All original documents, including the invoice and product certificate (if provided), must be returned along with the item.

3. Exclusions – Items Not Eligible for Exchange or Refund

The following items cannot be exchanged or refunded under any circumstances:
• Promotional items or products purchased during special sales.
• Gold bars and gold coins.
• Customized, engraved, or personalized jewellery
• Purchases made using promotional codes or discount coupons.

4. Refund Policy

• Cash refunds are strictly not allowed.
• Customers may choose an alternative item of equal or higher value and pay the price difference where applicable.
