- Refund or exchange must be initiated within 7 days of receipt of the product
- Customer must contact on the WhatsApp number to know the address details to return the product.
- Customers will be allowed to do a one-time refund or exchange for the jewellery purchased online under circumstances approved by Luvenus Jewellery Pte Ltd.
- Item(s) must be in original condition with the price tag(s) intact to be eligible for the refund. Free gift (if any), Certificate (if any), original invoice.
- Refund will be processed in 7 days after the product is received in original condition.
- Delivery charges are not refundable.
